Complete the Admissions Inquiry Form
If you’re ready to begin the process, you can also start by completing our Admissions Inquiry Form. This helps us begin to understand your child’s needs and determine if Sandhill Center may be a good fit.
To provide a full picture, we also encourage you to submit any relevant clinical information, such as:
Psychological or educational evaluations
Hospital discharge summaries
Written input from a treating professional

Once we’ve reviewed your Admissions Inquiry Form and relevant documents, we’ll contact you to learn more. If Sandhill Center seems like a good fit, we’ll invite you to complete a full application for admission.
Our admissions operate year-round on a rolling basis, so availability is reviewed regularly.
Insurance & Billing Information
We understand that navigating insurance coverage for treatment can be complex. To assist families, we partner with Bridgeway Billing to help determine potential coverage.
Sandhill Center is not in-network with any insurance providers.
Insurance coverage is subject to a medical necessity determination by the insurance company.
Prior to admission, Bridgeway Billing will verify benefits and assess potential coverage.
While every effort is made to secure coverage, approval is not guaranteed.

School District Funding Information
Some families explore financial assistance through their child’s home school district. This process may take time and often requires legal assistance. Sandhill Center supports families in navigating this path but reserves the right to decline contracts if terms are not feasible.
