Meghann is the Director of Operations at Sandhill. With nearly two decades of experience working in residential treatment, Meghann has a varied skillset ranging from direct care to HR and compliance. Meghann graduated with a BA in Environmental Studies from Lewis and Clark College. She minored in Latin American studies and enjoyed living in Ecuador for a semester while she studied. Following graduation, Meghann moved from Portland, OR to Santander, Spain where she spent a year teaching English in a Spanish High School. She then returned to the place she considers her lifelong home, New Mexico.

Meghann loves traveling, spending time outdoors hiking and camping, meals with friends and family, reading, and snuggling with her two dogs. Meghann is passionate about animal welfare and feels lucky to have an understanding husband who doesn’t question when she brings home a third dog to foster on a rotating basis. One of Meghann’s favorite things about Sandhill is that it allows individuals to incorporate their interests in their work, and to try new things. In her time at Sandhill, she feels fortunate to have planned and participated in many camping trips, outdoor excursions, and animal assisted activities with clients and the team.
