Tammy brings 25 years of experience in the therapeutic program industry to her current role, specializing in supporting youth, adolescents, young adults, and families through outdoor therapeutic programs and intervention support. Her extensive expertise in crisis intervention makes her an invaluable resource for families navigating mental health and substance abuse challenges. Originally from Idaho, Tammy grew up with her older sister and parents on a ranch. A standout high school athlete, she earned a rodeo scholarship to attend Idaho State University, where she met her future husband. Their journey led them across the U.S. and Canada as he pursued a career in professional football. They eventually settled in Boise, embracing the city’s vibrant opportunities. Alongside her extensive crisis intervention experience, Tammy’s skills in marketing and logistics have propelled her success as the owner of Urban Retreat Mobile Spa.

Outside their professional lives, Tammy and her husband actively participate in the Boise community and enjoy its diverse recreational activities. A devoted mother to three grown children living across the country, Tammy treasures family travel and is a passionate sports fan, particularly of the Kansas City Chiefs. She delights in exploring new cultures, ensuring her children grow up with a global perspective. Tammy also loves the great outdoors, engaging in white-water rafting, hiking, skiing, and spending quality time with her Rottweiler, Zoe.
